Mackie, Shirley Ellen (nee Draper)

Passed away at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on June 25^th 2022. Shirley (Draper) of Peterborough formerly of Toronto in her 86^th year. Beloved wife and best friend of Bob Mackie. Cherished mother of Karen Pound of Dundas, Julie Cudmore (Al) of Omemee, Deborah Greenwood (Chris) of Richmond Hill and Mark Mackie (Debbie) of Omemee and the late Colin Mackie of Havelock. Grandma will always be loved and remembered by Jeff (Sarah), Joel (Danielle), Kali (Teddy), Billy (Raven), Danny (Amanda), Jimmy (Nicole), Derek (Shannon), Stephanie (Chris), and Shawn. Predeceased by her sister Gladys Suddard (Robert).  Shirley will be missed by many great grandchildren as well. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL. 66 Queen Street, Lakefield on July 9^th at 4PM, with visitation to commence two hours prior to the service between 2 – 4 PM.
