Doris Alaine Taylor (nee Kimble)
November 1, 1934 - March 20, 2023
Doris was the daughter of Fletcher and Lottie (Humphries) Kimble. The middle child of three: Muriel (Ross) Drinkwalter and Wayne (Stella) Kimble. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Maurice Taylor. Born and raised in Verulam Township, she and Maurice farmed together for over 63 years. Doris passed away peacefully at the age of 88 in her hometown of Bobcaygeon. She was a proud and loving mother to Barry (Dawn) Taylor, loving grandmother to Bryce Taylor and step grandmother to Cole and Hunter Steele. Doris will be missed by Macy, her cat companion of several years, family and her many friends and neighbours.
Arrangements have been entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME – MONK CHAPEL. A celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday March 29th at The Hendren Funeral Home – Monk Chapel with visitation beginning at 11:00 am, and service beginning at 12:00 pm.
