Passed away peacefully at Extendicare Lakefield on Thursday September 28, 2023. Pamela Bolton of Peterborough in her 77th year. Pam’s passion was her family and she showed each of them that love through coveted family time and laughter. She was an amazing cook and loved to walk miles every day. Music always played an important role in Pam’s life and she was a past member of the New Horizon’s Band including acting as their International Director. She and Allan also loved to travel with their RV and to explore on their boat. Pam is loved and missed by her husband Allan, her sons Greg Booth (Astrid) of Cavan, Jason Booth of Ottawa, and her step-sons Brian Bolton (Tina) and Dean Bolton (Serena), both of Peterborough. Loving grandma of Carson, Mitchel, Lauren, Katie, Charlie and Ruby. Survived by her brother Randy Kemp (Claudette), sisters-in-law Penny Kemp, Guelda MacRae, Ruth Hunter, Margaret Todd and brothers-in-law Gerald Bolton (Elaine) and Carl Bolton (Shirley). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Lance Kemp (Marilyn), Herb Kemp, sister Linda Hinz (Gary), sister-in-law Jean Mundell (Raymond) and brothers-in-law Robert McCrae, Terry Hunter and Max Todd. A private family interment has taken place at Rosemount Memorial Gardens, Peterborough. A Celebration of Pam’s Life will be held on Monday October 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield. Visitation one hour prior to the service. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the funeral home.
