My late husband was Jim Sharpe, at one time he and Neil were brother in laws. Jim thought a lot of Neil even after their families separated....he also cared about Tim and Kevin. Neil was a very nice man.... RIP Neil Watts...Sandy

So sad that Neil lost his battle …Neil was such a caring person and so good to his mom .He was a wonderful family man and will be missed by them all. My condolences to his family .Precious memories are what gives us strength to get through hard times like this .Im sure by now he has now reunited with his parents and is at peace . Chris Parkes
